The workshop will include the very special Meditation on Twin Hearts – a super powerful and relaxing meditation for inner healing, stress relief, happiness and spiritual development. (Recently recognised in a medical journal as being more effective than mindfulness at reducing negative emotions and increasing positive thoughts and feelings, even after doing it just once.)


No experience of meditation necessary. Whether you have physical aches/conditions, are stressed, tired, or just curious… this informal session has something for you.

Extended times for 2019! Now in our fifth year of these monthly workshops at Yoga for Harmony, we have extended them to 2.5 hours to allow an even deeper experience. A little monthly break from your busy world. 

These workshops offer simple and effective movement and meditations designed to help you navigate life’s challenges and achieve stillness and clarity. We begin with some Kundalini or Yin Yoga, to relax and open the body. Once the body is comfortable and prepared, the beautiful and powerful Kundalini meditations can instantly lift your spirit and quiet your mind.

These meditations may use breath, mantra, mudras (hand positions), movement, or a combination of all these things. There is always an extended relaxation to allow you to integrate your experience fully and let go of any residual tension. No experience is necessary and all are very welcome.

These rejuvenating days blend dynamic and powerful Kundalini Yoga and meditation with the stillness and healing of Yin Yoga, Pranic Healing practices and extended deep relaxations. Leave the world behind for a day and immerse yourself in uplifting company and supportive meditation and yoga practices designed to relieve stress and anxiety and help you rediscover your happy.

Please bring some simple vegetarian food to share for lunch. Herbal teas provided. I will have some mats, blankets, cushions and bolsters to borrow, but please bring your own if you prefer (extra bolsters particularly welcome) so you can be as cosy and comfortable as possible.

Villa Cortijo Las Salinas, Spain




The space that is opened when you immerse yourself in a retreat like this is hard to describe. It allows each person to experience their own personal journey, releasing and growing at their own pace, in beautiful surroundings, with kindred souls.


Cortijo Las Salinas is an absolutely idyllic retreat venue in Andalucia with boutique private/twin/double rooms. The environment created by our hosts Steffi and Steve is one of the most healing and welcoming I’ve come across. You can feel the love here!


We’ll do at least two yoga/meditation sessions a day in the lovely yoga shala, as well as making use of the natural surroundings around us. Join us for sunrises, sunsets, home-cooked vegetarian meals plus sound healing with gongs, drum and singing bowls, private jacuzzi, Pranic Healing, massage and Reiki appointments (for additional cost) and more.


Please note, to support the healing environment of the retreat no alcohol will be available; plenty of delicious food though!

This retreat will dive deeply into a combination of blissful yoga and advanced meditation practices. If you are new to yoga or meditation please feel free to call for an informal chat before booking.

If you need the shared transfer, please be at Malaga Airport (through customs and baggage reclaim) for a 1pm shuttle to Cortijo Las Salinas on Thursday; shuttle leaves for Malaga again after breakfast on Saturday. The exact return shuttle time will be booked once we know what flights everyone is on, to fit in with the earliest flight departure.
