Kundalini Yoga and Healing Therapies

Hello, and welcome.

My name is Corryne MacLean.

I have been teaching Kundalini Yoga since 2010, after completing the first teacher training programme to be held in Scotland. After practising other forms of yoga for several years, I discovered Kundalini Yoga during a period of serious illness. It brought me such transformation on a physical, mental and spiritual level that I was instantly hooked and began training as a teacher almost straight away.

I have spent many years in high pressure workplaces, so I am only too aware of the effects our stressful lives can have on the body and mind.  And I know only too well how it feels to be disconnected from our Source (whatever that may mean to you) and to be living a life that feels at odds with your soul.  I feel very lucky to have been touched by the powerful practices of Kundalini Yoga, and more recently Yin Yoga, which I am also trained to teach. Every class or workshop is as much fun for me as it is for you, and a chance to re-experience my own love of yoga.


My own journey has been blessed by some equally transformational healing therapies, which I have been privileged to train in. These are the tools I have used for my own healing along the way – and I continue to do so – so I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
